Is Blanking the Referrals a Good Idea?

Hi guys,

I see a lot of different opinions on this. If you are using BH CPA techniques and you don't want to show the referrals are you blanking or faking them?

Has anyone had any experience with blanking them and had the AM ask them where they get the traffic from?

I mean real experience not just theory.

Man i wouldn't blank the referer unless you were just using a blackhat network...with a wh network with enough traffic they will ask questions. Faking referer is the best IMO

As long as the traffic converts, most networks aren't going to care if you are blanking.

Be safe and ask your network.

Most newer browsers don't support meta-refresh so blanking doesn't work. Faking the referrer is the best option, looks more natural to the network too.

it all depends on your AM. One of my AM's doesn't care if i blank or not. Easiest thing to do is fake it.

yea some networks dont care..just make sure u know which ones before u start sending lots of traffic. I always fake just to be safe

My vote goes to faking as well, it takes very little effort to build the fake lp no matter what you promote and any network caring for the referrer will be happier.
