VPS max of 2 rdp connection

have setup VPS. and Currently by default, server accepts 2 simultaneous connection. How do we configure windows server standard to accept more than 3 RDP connection?

Your solution deeply appreciated.

You can configure users to be able to have multiple sessions, but only up to two users at a time. More than this requires different licensing.
