How long (approximately) will it takes for search engines to record the updates (rewrites done by the plugin) of my old contents? I have thousands of articles already published on my websites so I wonder how their SE performance would be. Thank you.

It could take anywhere from a day to months for Google to index and update all the articles on your site. Though you may want to use the xml-sitemap plugin which automatically pings all SE's whenever any content is updated on your website. This would help in faster indexing.

I mean ... I was trying to check now few pages and loads of duplicate was found ... I don't care too much about duplicate content at the end of the day just wondering if it's working ...

Yes, it works with the Super Cache Plugin as WriteAgain! rewrites on the fly. But still, you may try disabling the Super Cache Plugin, clearing all it's cache and then reactivating it. See if less duplicate content is found. Else, PM me your website, i'll have a look at it.

Yes, just activate the plugin and you're ready to go. The csv file is just an example of how you should write your own words and synonyms so as to upload and add them to the WriteAgain!'s prebuilt database.
