Need Advice on ranking these Keywords Please

I want to rank these 8 keywords:

1. los angeles doctor
2. los angeles doctors
3. los angeles family doctor
4. los angeles family doctors
5. LA doctor
6. LA doctors
7. LA family doctor
8. LA family doctors

If I want to rank these 8 keywords, should I:
1. make 1 page fill with good content and rank all 8 keywords by SEO that one page
2. make 2 page fill with good content and rank 4 keywords by SEO both page
3. make 8 page fill with good content and rank 1 keyword by SEO 8 pages

Two Keywords per page Is how I would do it. Then its all in the linking.

Where they are all synonyms of each other I would do just one page for all of the keywords. Or one page for all of the doctors keywords and one page for all of the family doctors keywords.

That is how I would roll. Then start building all those relevant backlinks. That is where the hard work will come on... keep building backlinks, every single day!
