Hi,
look at this site please -> h**p:// tinyurl com/69oe9pq
It has been an auto blog and got banned from Google! Thats okay.
I removed everything and set up the site completly new. New content ... etc. Then I did a reinclusion-request a week ago. Now Google tells me that my site is against theire guidlines. And I really dont know why that!

Its spanish and got legit content on it (not spinned or translated! Content was created only for me). Its running wordpress.

So I really do not know why its against the Google Policies!?

Any suggestions are welcome!
Thanks a lot, mates!

Cheers,

Did you have any ads on it? If so, you need a privacy policy and disclosure. You might want to add those anyway.

I didn't see any ads on it and frankly I run ads on sites without a private policy and disclosure pages with no hassles from the Big G.

I don't speak Spanish and I didn't have by brother in law handy so I went to Google translate which recreated the page in perfect English. Most translations aren't that clean. My guess is that this copy wasn't originally created in Spanish but in English and if I can figure this out then you know Google is picking this up as duplicate copy in your auto blog.

You are not indexed in Google, hence they won't think you can bring quality organic traffic to the site, which is written in their TOS.

The ban can be also because of the server. I had a similar situation, and after days of investigation i found out that my website was ok but the ip of the server was banned.
It was on a shared hosting account and i had to move my site to another hosting account . After 1 week my site up again.

Kind of hard to be indexed after Google bans you. The whole point of the OP was what does he need to do so he can get re-indexed by Google.

To the OP

I second that you should add the privacy, contact pages as well. While I also have a bunch of sites that to not include them I am not trying to get Google to re-index my site.

I would make sure you have nothing on your site that even hints of ads.

I would go to the adwords page and make sure that your site follows every rule there 100%. While you generally do not have to follow those rules to get a site indexed you are asking for a live person to look at your site. Because of this it needs to be so perfect there is no question of them approving your site.

Hey,

No, I have no ads on it and never had!
Hosting should be okay, because many other of my sites are there as well and doing good!

Here is what I try:
- change back to default design of wordpress
- add a privacy and contact page

If that does not work, I have to get some new content!

Thanks to you guys!
I will keep you updated!

Hey,
did all you guys told me!
Then I did a re-conclusion request and it got declined today :( !

I order a fiverr gig (translate english- spanish) to check if the text are good spanish or bad translation!
They told me "Thats very good spanish! nothing to complain about!"!

So I am really lost!
What would you do?
