My aDvice to NOOBS........Multiply

I have had alot of emails in the last 2 weeks asking me for advice and whats the best policy or method to do in IM.

So I will tell you one very easy simple piece of Advice that can make you rich.

Be consistent and Give a quality service. Learn to multiply your sales.

I run a web design business.In the first 2 months we had 1 customer,which seems terrible but I made sure that one person was so well taken care of and all their needs were met and even called them after the sale many times to see everything was going well.

That person then brought in 3 other people and those 3 brought in 8 people and 8 people brought 14 people.

Now we are flourishing and even when people say there is no money out there.I get numerous calls everyday from people who have heard of my business and are ecstatic to jump on board.

If you consistently Work to deliver the most value to your clients.You will never fail

I agree. Customer service is sorely lacking in the marketplace, so if you can make your customers feel like you are catering to them and that you really care, you will squash the competition
