cheapyoutubeviews has never sent me the refunds he promised me. i sent him emails, PM skype messages for MONTHS. Each time he makes an excuse on why he can't refund my money. i have a total of 14 orders not completed by him. this is the biggest headache so far from providers i have ever had. I have had to refund clients money of almost $1000. so between the money i paid him and the amount i refunded clients im out almost 2k$. This guy is a scammer and cheat. PERIOD. Stay away from him.

You have sent me the same thing 7+ Times, and Each Time I ask for RECIEPTS, or anything that tells how much was payed, and how many views were purchased. Mods he keeps sending me the same thing and that is the video URL, how many views it started with, and the google checkout order number.

Google Checkout Closed my account, and in doing so, I cannot even check the order numbers. Google Checkout doesn't pay out when they close an account, they refund everyone, from the money left. Apparently that did not happen with this guy.

I am trying to work with you to get this refund processed, but you keep sending the same thing!! I need the reciepts, or anything else that says how much was spent on each video, and how many views were ordered.

you have no way of cross referencing your customers email address and an order he placed?
and if google closed your account as you claimed what good will the receipt do as you yourself stated you cannot access the account.

IMHO your excuse stinks of bullshit. If you have your customers email you should have everything you need to refund his money.

That's what i did. i found all the orders no problem at all. he is trying to STALL for months so the views will grow naturally so he only would have to pay me smaller and smaller partial refund. WOW guy your a scammer.

Take the order numbers and put into your email search and press enter. client records and receipts pop up.

Some people just bloody don't seem to care even though they are implicated with adequate evidence! Probably he's got his presence on several other forums and assumes, WTF can happen even if I'm banned in one forum.

But, he forgets that members, admins and mods of most popular forums of this niche, are members on other forums too. Also, I'd rather have 10 mods/admins on my side rather than 10000 members. Cause those guys would be influential enough to persuade the rest.
