Will eBay pay to people with new unverified paypal accounts?

I haven't been paid yet this month, so I am getting nervous.

Can I use an old paypal accounts with a new email address attached to it? Will eBay find out that the paypal account was used before with them right away? I only need to get paid once.

Nobody can answer (except ebay however as eBay own PayPal ......

If you haven't already been paid yet this month then you probably won't be paid 'till next month

If I keep the new unverified paypal address as my payout option, will it get paid next month? Or will it not work because it's "unverified" even though it would be a month old?

Needs to be verified, age doesn't matter, also you need a verified account before they start their payment cycle to be sure of being paid (best before 10th) maybee OK a little later

Ebay is cracking down big time on all affiliate accounts. As mentioned above, it doesn't look too good for you.
