Which domain name is more valuable?

And which one ranks better? What I'm trying to get at here I suppose is, is it worth including the TLD in the keyword itself?

Delicious is a massive example of this. Google it and you can see what I mean. The reason I'm asking about this is that I have found a fucking PILE of keywords that are highly searched, low competition but are mostly low to medium cpc, and most of them are available through my registrar. A couple are quite high though. In fact one of them is about 60 dollars.

I stand to make a good bit of loot here. What should I do? Does Google care about the letters of the TLD being included in your keyword?

I dont think there will be any comparison to the .com but I would love to see what kind of results you get if you decide to use some of the domains you are talking about. Keep us posted.

I would def say "internet" as I myself never been to inter.net

Inter.net doesn't make a keyword internet. it makes the keyword inter. Google identifies the tld pretty well and they never add it up to make your domain EMD. So internet.com is the best option for you. I hope that clears your confusion.
