I cannot tell you that because it depends on many other factors. SEOC is
only one of them. How about inurl and intitle? Who are your competitors
and how is your link profile comparing to theirs? Etc, etc.

Hey guys, just so that you know the above testimonial from me isn't crap I wanted to write another little review / update. I have only had the one blast from Cash202 and my site is still in the same position 7-8. I haven't had to do any more seo work on it but am interested to get it to number 1 so will use his service again soon.

I went right through the entire process myself and can say it's a lot of work. I'd rather spend time on ideas than on this type of work so outsourcing it to someone that really knows their stuff is important.
