Regardless of the economy, folks will buy cotton candy at fairs and special events for their children AND for themselves! A good commercial cotton candy maker will provide about 200 cones an hour. Even if you sell at only $2 a cone, that could be a gross revenue of $400 per hour...with only about $60 worth of cost involved. -- Copied from somewhere...

I know this thread is mainly about offline marketing, and this is more of a cross between offline and online.
Flyers.
There have been a few threads where people will post flyers around the city, on cars, or hand them out to people.
The flyers then promote either CPA offer, affiliate program, or another online money making method.
It's going outside, doing the legwork, and hopefully seeing the results.

you can't really make anything much from doing the flyers+cpa , not worth the effort

If you are the only one in the surrounding selling them, I'm sure parents wouldn't mind paying a few extra the ordinary price.
Selling cotton candies works best in parks, tourist areas and beaches.
