Not all backlinks are going to show up when searching for what backlinks your site has.

If Google/Yahoo/Bing etc did that you would so be able to school them it would be unbelievable... even guys that are not smart (that would be me for sure) would be able to rock and roll.

If you have a spam folder, take a look in there for your report as that could be the case.
