Trust me, monetizing is the MOST easiest part of this business. Getting the downloads is the hardest part.

1. Use proxies (not working for captcha ... )
2. Restart your modem/router to change IP (takes 2min)

The router and modem thing doesn't work for most people. Most of us have to turn the power off to our modems and routers over night in order to change IP addresses.
