This is not for creating backlinks, this is a trick to find backlink lists hosted in sites indexed by google. You then download those lists and then use them with scrapebox or something similar.

Just copy the above Urls,put it in google search box, and Hit submit. It will show you all the files with the name BACKLINK Files hosted in the file sharing site.
