Using iFrames but need good CPA offers

Unless you cant provide some quality leads to those offers you are iframing dont waste your time. Either you will get scrubbed to death, or blacklisted from the offers you are iframing. In the end you will get banned.
Try to get some legit leads first and mix them with iframed then.

You really have to be careful. If you're iframing you want to deal with multiple networks (are you? and how many?) and multiple offers per network. What you'll notice is that you'll do good one day on an offer and the next day it won't convert for anything. The AM might tell you it's converting fine for the network but for you it won't be and I believe it's because the advertiser is scrubbing or pausing the offer for you specifically (and anyone else that gives them a ton of leads in a short amount of time that they might be skeptical of). Mixing in 'real' leads might help but your conversion rate will still be sky high. Utilizing GhostCPA's 2nd page framing option might help since you'll at least get some second page conversions for them (of course you won't get anything beyond that, assuming that you are redirecting after submission). But even then you'll get blacklisted.
I got blacklisted on one offer from Peerfly after 13 leads. lol. When you get blacklisted, by the way, don't ignore it or act like you were the problem. Complain about it a little. It's a realistic reaction, complacency is not.
As far as frameable offers are concerned, Peerfly has a bunch of them, MaxBounty has a ton, Copeac has a few, Wolfstorm has a few, EpicDirect has some. There are plenty of smaller networks with frameable offers too. Stay away from 'survey' type offers where they have to choose a color ipad or whatnot unless you're gonna do it one day and done.
EDIT: As far as German traffic, Peerfly had some offers there but maybe try offervault and see what's available.

Yeah but it sounded like he wanted simple email submit. I didn't see any on adscend for that. They may be hard to come by.
your right but i have a question i am clicking the banners to preview the landing pages will this cause an issue?

Usually there is a landing page 'preview' link that you shoudl use in the GhostCpa script to frame it. Then, substitute the affiliate link after you're done and are ready to put that code in the header of your WH fake referred page. That's the better option.

You with WolfStorm? I know their system works like that. I believe you can adjust the affiliate code by removing the end of it and it will show you the offer without counting toward your account.
