Its ok, way too plain but, the calender isnt usefull to anyone, ad placement is good,

Are you gonna put unique content or autoblog on it ?

i think it needs more colour. and definitely get rid of the calendar, or move it somewhere else. it's the first thing i saw instead of the content.

How can you say Google will ban you ? First Learn more about autoblogging.

Yeah don't rush into autoblogging with your adsense account, it's a pain in the ass to get another one if you get banned...

And also, I would suggest you try to blend the text ads into the template, make the background color the same, etc

I agree with Lalalaenhund. You need to improve your adsense integration. There are plug-ins for Wordpress which can help you to better optmize the ads on your site.

Right now there is heaps of empty space on the top. I would include a nice header, something which makes it immediately clear to the visitor what the blog is about. The name you have is clear but would be better with a header. You could integrate the pen design into it as a possible logo.

I'd also add an opt-in box to start collecting e-mails and build a list.

I think your adsense ads are to visible, if you want to make some cash with it, try to blend it in more into the theme colours and you have to much free space, use it wisely, put on some clickbank products or monetize it somehow, when i open some post the ads are not there, you should work on that to, install some adsense plugin to optimize your ad spaces.

I recommend you This method if your just starting blogging or auto blogging
