I have a online pharmacy website and i am publisher on Facebook.
I didn't get one sale from the Facebook because i can't choose the right keywords ,if anyone know keywords that works good on Facebook I'd love to know×¥.

medicine, accidents (post a lot about accidents and how other pharmacies mess up and how yours doesn't) like doctors that you know in your area on facebook. You will get sales once you start treating your business page as a "friend" page- people rather buy from their "friends" than someone random.

fb advertising is not like google advertising...trick here is not the kwyword, but whom you are targetting...

If you're targeting teens then it is very less likely they gonna purchase something...so ya pretty basic stuff
