nice share , but why use the usa2me account step ? most of these card providers like payoneer ship worldwide , so why not have it shipped directly to the offshore mailbox ?

Ukash is fine if you want to spend that money somewhere where Ukash is accepted (almost nowhere).

But you probably can't get cash form Ukash vouchers, or can you?

The method didn't specifically have Payoneer in mind, just any card or account where you needed layers of protection to obtain untraceably. An American card requires and American address for delivery, etc.

Like others have said; use some digital currency. Bitcoin is market leader. There are other too. (Litecoin etc)
