PR3 vs PR6/7 question

lets say im able to get juice from pr3, pr6 and pr7 websites... should i just go with the high pr websites or should i use them all considering my website is pr0???

I think that you got it wrong.

If your Keyword is Google, then the anchor is "google"

You don't use www.google.com or google.com as your keyword, doesn't make any sense
