I have a pretty good feeling the "American" that you will be working with will be outsourced labor in the end.

No disrespect intended, but I think it is a bit presumptive to assume that all American mobile website developers use outsourcing, much less overseas personnel.

I am an American who develops websites, conventional and mobile. When I have more business than I can handle, more money than time, I will surely explore outsourcing as an option. Until then, I will do as I always have done, I will do the work myself.
