I don't know about upper plans but this option is really slow. Usually, you will need to wait for few seconds, even more for the vps to react to your control. I'm using it and will not extend my subscription.

In my opinion this is caused by a slow connection from your pc to the VPS mine works great, even if I'm downloading something.

This 15$ package looks good to me..i have been running java application developed by me here without any issue
