Iframing Mobil Submits?

Someone else asked this once before but never got an answer. It seems like not as many people are iframing nowadays but I'm still giving it a go with decent results but being scrubbed/shaved to death (I'm working on countermeasures to that though ;-)).

My question is, has anyone tried iframing mobil submits? I run some whitehat traffic to blamads, for example, and do pretty well with mobil submits with the TOS right there in front of them, so I'm seeing dollar signs if I could do away with the TOS via iframe and give a valid reason for needing their cel phone number.

I mean, if I had a conscience I'd feel bad about duping people into signing up for a recurring subscription. Luckily for me I wasn't born with one of those. There's probably some legal trouble I could get into (this is much worse than duping someone into giving their email address to an advertiser) but that's never really stopped me before.

Anyway, let me know if you know if you've tried it or know anyone who has, or if there's something I'm not considering. Thanks.

(PS if you can help it, try not to lecture me on longevity, going legit, etc lol these are all pet projects for me, I have legit sources of IM revenue)

I doubt they'd just be okay with blocking out an advertiser's TOS, but that's irrelevant because I'm not going to use them anyway for this. The reason I don't think the networks will have a problem with it is because the advertisers won't have a problem with it. Have you seen the TOS in some of those offers? Tiny tiny writing sometimes a similar color to the background of the offer. They're already trying to trick the user into putting in their cel # so they'll be the first to look the other way.

We'll see, I'm gonna give it a go and see what happens. Gotta find the right offers though. Most cel submits are on the 2nd page, which is fine, but some have surveys with more pages and whatnot. I'll post back here with results.

do the same then, when u make your iframe put a little ToS link in tiny font off your content locker
