Yep, I have SEOPressor and it's pretty good at little reminders encase you forget something
like rel=nofollow or something.
But it's NOTHING you can't do yourself easily! And, it's NOT "automatic", rather things you should already be doing.

Here's a little checklist - Straight from SEOPressor
Keyword in H1
Keyword in H2
Keyword in H3
Have ALT tags set to keywords
Add rel=Nofollow to outbound links
(Personally I like to rel=follow authority outbound links)
Content density between 2%-4% or whatever you find is successful

Btw, SEOPressor is on the DNS list
And there's a little button to the bottom of each useful post that says "thanks".
Use it so it keeps threads clean, and FLASHY

I use clickbump SEO and I like it more than SEOpressor because it is easier to optimize articles for LSI keywords with it. Also it is ~3 times cheaper than SEOPressor (if you are planing to use legal version)
