I need YouTube Views

Hello, does anyone know how I can get more YouTube views? I am willing to pay however I do not want to get ripped off and I am looking for the best price. Since YouTube changed the way they register views most of the websites claiming they can still get views no longer work, and the small amount of ones that do work are over priced. Also I recently tried a PTC site but they did not work either. They failed to deliver the amount of views I paid for on two occasions. When I asked them about it the guys said "it's because some countries don't count the views" So naturally it pissed me off because they did not make this clear when they took my money. Any advice or offers is greatly appreciated. Also if you can show me a sample that your service actually works prior to purchase would be ideal. Thanks
