Can I use HDFC Netsafe VCC with Adwords

Hello,

I want to use Adwords and test something. I have $100 voucher and that is what I want to use. However, for that it is necessary to submit CC details in Adwords. But I don't have a CC. I can create HDFC Netsafe VCC using my friends Debit Card.

The question is, can I use the VCC in adwords and will my ads run? If no, is there any other way to use the voucher without having a CC.

Any help will be appreciated.

Don't think you can. Your $100 voucher can be used only when you setup the account from US or Canada. it would be easier to find someone out there, to create your account with original details and then enter this voucher. You stand the chance of losing your coupon too when your account gets banned.

why? OP didn't say his voucher is only valid in US/canada ,we get vouchers that work worldwide too!

try it, it should work.
Adwords needs 500 INR as activation free I guess, put 1k INR in the card, try activating and let us know...

As far as i know VCC from Netsafe doesn't work with Adwords. If it work's for you then please let me know.

I have a trick to run adwords ads without using Vcc . I charge 100$ for the trick . You can advertise unlimited number of products .

As Chip said, Adwords require rs500 for the activation, I made a VCC with rs550 and entered the details in billing information. I then added the $115 Adwords voucher, and my balance is now $113.38

It has been over 12 hours and my account has not been banned. Although I am having trouble to get my campaign started. Created a new thread for that.

But all in all, Netsafe VCC does work. You'll can also try and let us know.

Your campaign will not start,1 year back i tried the same with vcc it accepted vcc but my campaign never started(no impressions and no clicks).I think you have to contact them and they will ask you proof for that credit card.........

I tried it to test if it works. I got 19K impressions but no clicks on the ad. So, does that mean the vcc works fine? I can create more adwords account in that case.

if impressions started that means ur camapign is running fine. u can search urself by using the keyword and check your ad online or search through ad preivew tools from the account. as u have got impressions so ur account is working fine.

Are you using hdfc vcc cards ? i tried but it dint work for me

The impressions you are getting is due to voucher which you have added along with that VCC. Hdfc vcc doesn't work with Adwords.
