This has happened 22/06/2011. Yes, it is after you sent the payment. But from y'day onwards I cannot withdraw or receive money to my paypal account. This is an unexpected scenario. So I haven't had any other option than refunding the money.

I have sent you an PM about this and how to proceed with the order. My apologies for the inconvenience caused and I am switching my payment method and will open the ordering window pretty soon....

I too paid on the 21st, and posted my transaction ID here as well as emailing you. I presume that for the same reason you will have to refund me, in which case I look forward to receiving the refund promptly, and will be re-ordering as soon as you are back online.

Review:

This is the first time I have ordered anything from BHW where the communication has not only been adequate, but has in fact been perfect.

I ordered the day before Mike had issues with Paypal, and posted in the thread to say I hadn't heard whether I needed to wait for a refund and repay using his new provider. He sent me a PM to make sure I didn't miss a post in the thread explaining that my payment had in fact gone through in time (which explains why he hadn't had to let me know anything) and that the order was already being worked on.

I received my articles sometime overnight last night (PM here as well as email), and have read them this morning. I gave Mike quite broad topics as these are for a web 2.0 property which I want to drop my links in very naturally. There is't a hint of sales pitch which is exactly what I was after, they really do read like someone who is passionate about the subject wrote a blog.

I can't recommend this service enough for anyone like me who detests writing.
