No.. but has the potential. Some other people have similar apps but they aren't getting banned... How can I get mine to survive?

Nothing. I was testing it which uploads an image. I did it a few times them poof it was banned.

We still need more info. Which permissions is it requesting the user to allow? Where is this image being uploaded? Any other info you could provide would help us better give you some solid answers.
