Need help removing ebay selling limits?

Ok after doing a first round test, I managed to find out how to remove selling limits on new sellers which means no more 10 item / $1000 limit and no GayPal 21 day Payment Holds. This is still in beta stage but i figured out enough to help people.

OP, I added you on skype to help with your eBay problem. Usually, the solution to the item limit is to just build feedback and DSR rating until eBay progressively increases and eventually lifts the selling limit. me2, I like to know more on this... I have a case that I can share....my friend start on eBay for few months with feedback 50, then he open 2nd eBay account but eBay confirmed him few days after that his application is REJECTED because his original account do not meet to minimum requirement to open 2nd account. Of course, eBay will not tell you the standard.
This is the case in HK, I'm not sure similar case will be in other place.
