The rules exist Mohit. Every service provider like you and I have been posting here, building reputation and slowly working the hard way. But, when someone decides to beat the system, there will be a way out, in spite of a hundred rules!

The BST section on the contrary has a tough entry, wherein even if you meet all requirements, your thread might just hang around in the air for long! Mine's been hanging for 2 months, but there's a system there and we need to respect it.

The Hire a Freelancer section is honestly filled with dubious people. One reason, no restriction on the buyer or seller. Having restrictions also can be detrimental. Maybe, a number of posts and reputation entry might need to be included.
