I'm completely new to SEO and would like to get my site ranked higher. I don't have a clue as of what to do, and I have read that backlinking seems to be one way to get higher search results. How would I accomplish this and what would it cost?

another "help" thread again...this is the 9th thread I'm seeing today!...your first step to get pointed in the right direction is to use the search funtcion on this forum more efficiently...

try looking at xrumer and such softwares...

^^ lol, also once you have mastered the search fuction of the forum, you could then venture towards the download section of this forum, and download some pdf's on seo and read them, then read them again, to help you in your quest to master seo.
