24k twitter account suspended - any tips for removal?

My primary twitter account with 24,000 followers just got suspended I don't think I've done anything different to what I've been doing for some time, but I was following about 1000 people per day then unfollowing after 24 hours if they didn't follow back - that was obviously too aggressive!

Anyway, I read the information page and it says remove any automation, then request the account be re-activated, that seems pretty straight forward, but just wondering if anyone has any tips? Do I need to be careful what I say, or is this just like a first warning? Also how long is it likely to take for me to get unblocked?

just leave it for a few days, it may come back to life. give it a week

happen to my account, i had 10k followers, just agree to there terms, tell them you will not aggressively follow and unfollow again. took them 2-3 day to reinstate my account.

Usually I give it 8 or 9 days break and then fire it again

donr do more than 300 follow/unfollow a day and you should stay under the radar

maybe 100 for starters as you have been warned...

Ok iv opened a support ticket and begged lifting of suspension! Let's wait and see.

Got my account back ! That's about 3 days from opening a ticket. They said the reason was sending to many @replies, only thing I can tie up with that is that I was sending auto replies to peole that mentioned me (using tweetadder), didn't even need to be doing that-how stupid
