Domain Parking JV - The Source (35% to 50% for you)

Hi All,

My partner and I have been in the Domain Parking business since 2008, and our portfolio monthly revenue is about $150k - $200k per month.

We have an opportunity for people who own domain parking accounts to partner with us. Unlike a lot of other traffic sources who use bots, we send REAL visitors to your parked domains. This simply means that it is unlikely any accounts will be banned.

Why do we need your accounts? Simply put, we want to spread our earnings because our own accounts with these networks are maxed out and we do not want to draw too much attention that we are actively sending traffic to the domains. Hope that answers your questions if you are skeptical.

We're looking for about 5-8 accounts at the moment, so first in first served (after the proper screening of course). The accounts we seek at this time and their respective earnings, are:

DDC ($4k - $10k per month)
Hotkeys ($6k - $20k per month)
TrafficZ, and; ($5k - $10k per month)
ParkLogic (up to $15k per month)

And you will need a portfolio of about 50-100 domains (.com .net or .org) for us to send the traffic.

The revenue share is from 65/35 to start. We will move you up to 50/50 when we have the necessary trust in you and based on three things:

1. Payment on time, everytime. Without us having to chase you down.
2. The no. of accounts you have with us
3. How transparent you are in your communication (no hiding things)

Yes, that's correct. The revenue share is 35% to 50% for you. Why? It's simply because many other JVs are just brokers acting as the account holder. They are middleman to your accounts and get paid for doing nothing.

I have been interested in Domain parking JV's in the past but never got into them. I currently do not have any accounts, but I would be more than willing to buy 75 domains and put them in an account.

Is getting a domain parking account as simple as that?

Hello, Thank you for your interest.

Unfortunately, its not as simple as that. One must consider an alternative for the domains should the accounts not approve you.

I guess its like anything; if you have the money to spend, then its worth the risk. Just my tuppence

50-100 domains, .com .net .org

It's up to your discretion how much you are willing to spend to obtain those domains. We do not and will not influence you to spend money. Rather, this JV is more suited to those who already have the said accounts and have domains in them.

With that said, if you are confident over the phone and believe you can obtain those accounts, then by all means go for it!

The banning of domains are out of our control as it is not the traffic quality that influences if the primary feed will ban the account, rather the domain name itself. For example, trademark names, adult and other controversial domains will be banned.

On the other hand, the banning of accounts are within our control. And as mentioned in the op, we send REAL visitors unlike a lot of other JVs who just go through your accounts and have them banned simply because they do not care and send bot traffic. With that said, we openly admit that there IS still some degree of risk involved (like any JV, and anything in life you want to succeed at) - but the risk is low.

So instead of getting more accounts (i'm sure someone pulling in $150k/month can figure out how to get extra parking accounts), you want to give someone 35% of the revenue for doing literally nothing.

There's always a pessimist...

You don't think we thought of that? Do you think its easy to purchase and then manage that many accounts? Wouldn't you get confused of all the proxies you would use for each account?
If you can find me legitimate sellers of accounts, then by all means let me know, however I have my doubts because I tried enough times and spent enough money for such a venture.

We are providing a simpler solution and if you're not interested, then simply do not read this thread or just ignore it. I try to provide all the answers I can in the meantime.

there are other such thread here with similar offers. and they provide similar explanations/answers you gave.

plus i dont understand is how do i know you are not the "middleman" yourself.
