There are hundreds of social plugins, I bet half of them will be able to give you that configuration. You don't need a plugin either, just insert those buttons into your theme

I have it on a few sites - it's indeed sharebar as mentioned. It's good but buggy yet - it will not work with some themes. The plus is that you can configure it quite well. I'm using sexy bookmarks on most of my blogs, has quite a few options, notably they added +1 and facebook likes.
