Subxcess is sub4sub program - so you receive subs, but you have to sub for other people and people who look at your channel will see that you are doing sub4sub (if that matters to you or to YouTube if you apply for partnership), unless you pay to subxcess (but its expensive).
Vagex is the better deal - you can receive subs along with views and likes if you choose to and you have to give only credits that can be earned by viewing or viewing+liking or viewing+liking+subbing.

That said in both services most of the accounts are fake or empty, but you will receive some genuine subscribers as well, who will give you some views to your new videos.

Another similar service to the two above is http://www.sub4sub2.com/ but last time I looked at them they had locked page with CPA offer. From sub4sub2 I received more subs than I have subbed to, so it is worth looking at.

As I said most of the subscribers are fake/empty, but there are some genuine subscribers, who use their real accounts. So, you will receive genuine views for your newly uploaded videos if you have many subscribers from these services and thats one of the points.
Another point is that if you have many subscribers, you are more likely to get new genuine subscribers, who will not subscribe if you don't have any subscribers (same as for Twitter).
With the new YouTube counting rules, every view is good, so having genuine subscribers, earned by one way or another is important.

utube is a numbers game man... the sh33p will fl0ck when they see something get a lot of numbers... so gain those numbers whether they're real or fake. ppl will check it out off it's hype

This method sucks. WHo cares if you have 10000 subs that never watch your videos. When I started on youtube, I did the sub 4 sub thing. Waste of time.

perception is everything - I'd rather have 10,000 subscribers who don't watch my videos than 100 who do - because I could gain more valid subscribers in a month's time with a channel with 10,000 fake subscribers. - people see a channel with 100 subscribers and think - this channel must suck - they see one with 10,000 subscribers and they think this must be good - it's human nature.

Yes it does. You'll get featured and be put on the top subscriber list, which will get you tons of views.

Regardless of how you get visiters to your channel and there are MANY ways to do so - my point is - upon arrival to my channel I would rather have a visiter see huge numbers (even if fake) than small numbers....

I've used subxcess and I already have 2k subscribers on my account. But now they changed the point system and I get sub's slower because I don't have my point's set high.

I've never used Vagex though.

You can't make a throwaway account for this however (at least I don't think) unless you want subs on the throwaway account. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You probably won't get them from a site like that. Try messaging people on yt to check out your videos who have recently commented on a video related to your niche.
