hi can anyone please tell does xprofile has limitation where an affliate belonging to 3rd world countries cant sign up as an affliate ? or the limitation is that u wont get paid for sign up from 3rd world country.kinda confused

yes they do have limited paying to 3rd w countries. look around. the list is huge

No, there is no limitation. You can sign up, and you will be paid regulary like everyone else.
