Idea for program! (uBot/C+/VB.net)

I just came up with an idea that would help me alot with my current project:
I Need a fast (multi-threaded) program that automaticly detects rss feeds from urls in bulk(tens of thousands).

Is there such a program available?
What would you charge me to create me such a program?

Python, VB6, VB.NET, AutoIT or C++. It doesn't matter as long as it suports multi threads! come on guys and girls!

Correct! And if possible, pull some older (2-3) posts out from the rss-feed

No I'm already scraping sites that are offering the one kind of infos I want. I just need the rss ones. Which is a pain in the ass. Come on programmers!

How would you like it to check? What are you supposed to do to check if they have an rss feed? If it's something as simple as adding rss.rss to the URL then I'll do it for $50.

I'd go with c# should be pretty easy in that language. C++ would be a pain in the ass working with sockets. If no one else is working on it pm me I'll give it a whirl.
