venom seo is socket based and zenno is browser based.So venom is much faster.
Venom can crack re-captcha but zenno can only crack text captchas.
Zenno is best for creating custom template for web2.0 sites so u can post 100s of web2.0 sites in click of button where venom can't post to these heavily ajax and js based sites,although vseo pro will do that also.
In my opinion venom is a link building tool for seo as you can diversify ur link building to 100s of platforms in a matter of a minute and zenno is more of a social marketing tool as u can build custom bots to accomplish different jobs for a social media like facebook,twitter digg and many more.

If you can run a webbrowser-based app at 40 threads, you can do more than x10 threads with a sockets based app.

yes. But heavy ajax sites needs to wait for venomscripting. Actually theres a web2.0 platform already supported by vseobot, that already proves it that it can do web2.0 sites.

ZennoPoster is like a sniper rifle, while vseobot is a machinegun. You cant compare them, they have their own ways. But when venomscripting is added(still working on it), vseobot can be used as a machinegun and as a sniper rifle.

Training mode of vseobot is like this. For example you have 10k list of a sites using the same platform. You train it to do 1 site, then it can support most of the sites from the 10k list already. Vseobot uses sockets and has captcha breaker. I dont know much about zennoposter, but what I can say is they are the only software I can see that made good use of webbrowser based on their videos.

Because venomscripting can access many functions within vseobot, down to sockets level. But it will be for advanced users only as its complicated.
