Sorry For the inconvenience.But me and Internalsoul met with an accident while we were travelling down the city and hence we weren't able to attain any client's pm or mail as we were badly injured.

As per the thread it will be resumed within a day or two as all the orders are completed and left reports are being send by dustangle.

we have waited a long time to place new orders. we won't mind waiting slightly longer till you get well.
 
Here is my review. All I have to say is WOW, this is the best service on BHW. Before ordering a silver link pyramid my site was sandboxed for a keyword with 2 million search result in quotes in a very competitive niche. Not just that internalsoul got me out of the sandbox, but now I am number 15, 2nd page on big G and climbing. It's too soon to know my exact position as I have received my report 10 days ago, I didn't get all the juice yet.

Communication was awesome and report very organized. I am not complaining about the delivery time and you should not too. This is a quality service that delivers, this is all that matters ! 11+ from me ! Thanks !

I'll assume that the 5 day responses and uncommunicative chat on skype was a very unique incident due to this unfortunate circumstance with the accident... but I've emailed you guys trying to get some info and you seem to not be responding, nor answering questions. Even on Skype while you were online and chatting with me, you took 5 minutes to respond and didn't answer my questions.

I was about to request a refund but after reading this I'll give you guys the benefit of the doubt and wait some more, but PM me some clarification as I've asked you guys some simple questions which I've yet to get any responses to.

Service Resumed

After a long wait, we are finally resuming the service. We have successfully completed all the pending orders, 3 or four orders are left to be delivered, and they will be delivered by tonight or tomorrow. If you haven?t received your report files yet, please check your email again.

Last month we had to face few problems and had to encounter few unwanted issues so we are bringing some changes to the whole system. First let us tell you about the new packages we have and also modified turnaround time. If you haven?t checked it, then kindly check it by clicking on the link below.

Few Changes that we are bringing to the service thread are as followed:-

1> We would take maximum of 10 orders every day. Each person can place a maximum of 1 order in a single day. If you have multiple orders then you can order it all at once but remember we would be considering only one order per day, so we would distribute it accordingly. This decision is made just to make sure that we give equal importance to all our buyers.

2> Based on the orders on queue and package ordered, your processing date (the date from when we will start working on your order) will be scheduled 3-5 days later from the date the payment is being made.

3> We won?t be accepting credit card payments anymore. Last month, we have to fight few chargebacks on Paypal for payment made by credit card as unauthorized payment. Few cases are still being reviewed by Paypal.

4> We expect our buyers to be patient. Please don?t push us too much, if you are outsourcing. If any of your order is extremely urgent then notify us upfront before ordering. If you want a refund in the midway then we would deduct all the fees and cost we have to bear so far. Please be rest assured that we will be giving you the report files till it has been completed.

5> Your Paypal email id will be the email id where we will be delivering the report files. If you want it to be delivered to another email id, then do tell us separately in your order details mail or PM.


6> For Indian buyers, we would be accepting bank payment. PM or mail us for our bank details.

Few Things which you may take note off:-

 1> We won?t be working on Sundays, so don?t include it in your order processing time.

2> If you can?t go for higher packages, then we have plus packages for lower ones too and they work better than normal one. So you can try that one too. If you are confused then you can consult us anytime.

3> We might be late in replying depending on the time and work load but we will reply for sure.

4> Last thing is that we are not doing SEO for your site. We are doing Link building for your site. We won?t take any responsibility for any particular position or promise anything like that. Link Pyramid is a small part of SEO and you can?t demand positions like #1 or #3 on Google with any of the packages, however you can expect a good bump in your SERP but always remember one thing and that is Google is the most uncertain place on the whole internet. We have worked hard for past 3 months and we would continue to do so, so that we can deliver the best result for your money.
