How Do You Embed Flash Into Wordpress?

Does anyone know how to embed videos like this website into wordpress?

I would want the users to be able to click play and the song would start playing.

Anyone know what plugin is necessary for such a thing?

Or how is this done?

The jw player plugin changes everything in wordpress and it is not reversible.

I prefer something more safe.
