If you read the thread they have stated they are not going to re-open until existing orders are completed and they'll announce that when they have.

I've had an order in the queue since May 17th and I expect there's plenty more waiting too. I'm in no hurry but I'm not going to be pleased if they re-open before mine is completed

So people, be patient and stop asking when it's going to reopen. Internalsoul or shadowcat will write in great big green letters saying re opened ready to take new orders........ when they are ready.

Thanks all for showing interest and waiting eagerly for our service to resume.So, just a small update that almost all the orders are over and we are just arranging the report files to be send and after that thread will be resumed once again.

Can't download as yahoo's norton says the file is infected with a virus. Try uploading the separate files in excel etc and send again..

WOW almost 6 weeks to process? Hopefully they are getting better systems in place cause that's a long wait especially for BHW.

I did not realize that this service was closed and I placed a bronze package. Paid and not really sure what is going on now.

I guess the fact needs a bit more illustration.The processing date comes 3 to 4 days after the order is being made.The Order was completed and was waiting in the Draft box for a pretty long time since 6/1/2011 for the mail id to come so that we can send can the report files.

So, it's not a 6 week long wait and moreover it a part of SEO and a never ending fight with Google so cant rush and mess up the whole process.

If the service is in hiatus why do you not put that in the original post where you order it. I read part of the threads ordered and now? Did not realize I have to read through all the threads to realize the service is not currently being offered. Can you just refund my money and I will order when service is running again.
