Need help from pros! What to do next?

Hi,

I joined BHW a month ago and have picked up quite a bit. In the past month, I managed to:

• Increase my site traffic from: 150 avg. to 250 avg (unique visitors)
• Improved on my serp positions
• Made use of some of the WSO's posted here to automate/add additional streams of traffic.
• Added Clickbank, textlink ads as additional channels for revenue
• Improved my adsense revenue by 50%.

I also invested in:

• Blog sense
• Tweet attacks lite
• Traffic travis

As a full time affiliate I promote quite a few merchants and their combined revenue is a decent enough earnings.

What i'd like to know is how to improve on my site.

I plan to focus this month's efforts on building backlinks

Should I do what I have been doing the past month?
Are there any other ways/means to perhaps take my site visitors from 250 to maybe 350/day?
Another factor is, I make 1 or 2 max sales per affiliate. Are there any methods to improve the sales conversions?

focus on creating your own blog. Thats my advice

You seem to be on the right track so I would not make any large changes. There is a Japanese word that I can not think of that basically means continuing to make small improvements. Which is different than how a lot of people work when they start making all kinds of large changes and basically trying to fix something that is not really broke.


I would pick a 2 or maybe 3 things that you think may give you the best benefit and study them a bit to see how you can improve them. For instance your rankings (which obviously impact traffic) Look at your link building and on-site structure and see what you may be able to improve a bit. Take a look at your existing links and see how your diversity or quality. Could you improve or add to your content possibly?

If you think your conversions are low maybe think about getting a sales copy expert to take a look( though good ones do not work cheap)

Just look at your situation and pick a small number of things where you think you can get the best bang for your time and start there. Then rinse and repeat always looking for the lowest hanging fruit.

Creating your own blow is a good idea.
Adding different products to your site can be an excellent way to earn more.
What kind of products do you promote?
How targeted is your traffic?

there are a million ways, you just have to be clever. For me, I use prospect/buyer lists instead of something like Adwords - it's a lot like buying web visitors at much affordable costs.
