i have a question i was doing a CPA JV

i was doing a CPA JV with some one on this forum .. i was sent a fraud report and im wanting to know how to respond to my AM to fight back at the advertiser with this was with and EDU offer


all leads were from different IPS no duplicates
no leads from the same browsers

but the issues that came up include

1)disconnected
2)Did not inquire
3)wrong number
4)Marked as fraud by a 3rd party verifier (basically they trusted a 3rd party to determine fraud


can any one help me with this ? all traffic was sent through PPV and Email ?

first and foremost..dont post this in the jv section. This is NOT a jv.

second of all, have you talked to the person that you did the jv with? You need to start there and find out as much as you can from them.

It sounds like these were leads that included a phone number. When they tried to follow up the phone numbers were 1) disconnected, 2) they hadn't filled out a form asking for the information, or 3) No one by that name.

If you submit leads with mostly bad phone numbers they are going to quickly decide the leads are fraudulent. Not only are the leads bad, it's costing them money to have their call center staff wasting time trying to call them.

Any batch of phone leads may have a few bad numbers, but it sounds like the bulk of yours were no good. Not much to argue about with your AM.
