Report spamming sites

Hello,
I was searching/looking for some niches and I've come across tons of same sites. I mean literally - I found around 100 same sites. Different domains (logically), but this guy (probably is a guy), bought all keyword rich domains - .net, .info, .us I guess because .com has been already taken. He bought everything with the help of adwords, I guess. I've read some articles on most of his sites and they do have unique content, but content is really... Fuuul of bullshit! I mean really...articles are written just to have the optimal value of keywords and have exactly the same optimization (same tamplate layout and the most important things for seo), so almost all his sites are appearing in first page at google. I've done some more research and I've seen that he is hosting all on different servers, so google can't discover him and he also links those sites between each other, so he is making a link farm. I know that this is against the google policy, so I would like to report this bastard, because he is not making any favor with this to the world and I do believe some of you know how can I do that. Ok, one and the important reason is, because I've always wanted to have rich domains and he bought tons of such domains right infront of my face. Soo, I do believe reporting him is the best solution, because I do belive that google don't tolerate 99% same tamplates with same same crap content (ok, but it's unique), and I do believe that making tons of backlinks in that way is also not cool. So guys, what's the email of some google staff or where can I report server ips, so all his sites can get banned?

Well, I'd say there's one general rule that's very valid in bh:

If you got busted, you probably deserved it - and need to be better and smarter next time.


And I'd say that's the case if it's some POS content farm sites that are basically begging to be deindexed and provide no value to any user.

If you are going to use automation, link wheels, link farms, cross linking link schemes, then do it as long as you "Don't get busted". If you get busted, don't get mad about it. Google doesn't like BH.

Google doesn't actually like whitehat either. Think about it, any kind of SEO is geared towards skewing the SERPs in your favour and whitehat does just that, especially when it comes to off-site SEO.
