Xrumer Server down? Anyone use Brandon Kastning?

Hi . I not sure if another people have issue. I use this xrumer vps that this guy Brandon Kastning sell me. I pay him $400 for server for 1 yr. So last about you say 6 month it be down. Now he says he have "financial upheaval" and everyone out to get him?

Anyone know what I can do. I contact attorney and he see about sending letter to get money back + his fee. So far he charge me $125 to do this. And could be more later.

I never pay anyone in advance, its bad practices. Pay as you go, he could be gone from the face of Earth for all you know.

Anyways, good luck finding him.

The attorney fees are probably more than what you will get back. Its never worth hiring a attorney for anything less than $1k-2k in my opinion.

Yes u very right. And now he site have wierd conspiracy theory and stuffs about how god loves you. And I not get the xrumer and servers he promise.

He shows video of 14 servers he have in datacenter, but I don't think they even his. Or at least they don't work, since it be down for me for 5+ months now.

Yes I probably get screwed by attorney, he say though he might be able to collect fees from guy. And get criminal charges against him, since he defrauded lots of other peoples on sites over $50,000 - with this you know?

I highly doubt you'll get your money back.

And of course the attorney will say he can get you your money back, you HAVE TO pay him to do the work no matter the outcome. If he doesn't get your money back you still owe him for his work.

Your best bet is to just get the software yourself.



I have 1 question for you... Why would you pay $400 up front for a piece of software that cost $570?

Even if he was legitimate he would still charge you a hosting fee of like $50 per month.

So it would have been better for you to of just bought xrumer yourself.

Why would u pay monthly ? $40 to $65 per month you could get top of the line VPS and on month to month term.

File a dispute with Paypal or alertpay !

he says alot of things like he needs help with perl to get a forum up LOL

He has lines of BS everytime his mouth opens !

He changes his story every time he is questioned !

Hey guys, I hate to get involved in this as a new post, but I came here as the site this idiot ran was NEVER up! And saw a thread here about it... I got scammed from this too... $200

It is a good point that TheRealRazzy made.. But the reason this scam is so bad is that it targets online marketing people like us, and this Brandon Kastning guy is totally running away with it!

The guy was offering a years VPS and Xrumer already setup as a "package". So it's pretty much just ready to go.... For a noob like me with no Dedicated Server and no fast connection, it looked like a good alternative at, as I would not have to setup the server and pay a monthly server fee, and I'd still be able to use Xrumer and get a good connection! HOW WRONG WAS I!!!!

It has been just under a YEAR ago since I paid! And all I got was a headache and lies! This Brandon Kastning needs to pay!

Nice to see people speaking out about this lunatic! We should all file one large law suit!

I know you guys got scammed, but seriously though i don't think it would hold up in court since you guys were renting a vps with xrumer, a very highly known spam tools. Do you guys seriously think they will rule on you guys favor if you took it to court, lol is xrumer for gods sake. What are you gonna tell the judge, that you were planning on spamming thousands of sites a day lol.

But in the other hand though, its good that you guys have mention who he is.
Hopefully, we can figure out what other accounts he has in bhw and do something about it. IT really sucks that the people that got scammed were all newbies, truly makes people afraid of investing in bh tools after this incident.

Fair comment cool0403, but it's not technically correct. Selling access to Xrumer is not illegal just like selling a gun in some states is not illegal. The illegal part is how you chose to use it.

This cannot be decided by a judge as no one ever got to use the service, Brandon Kastning stole everyone's money and shut down taking hundreds of thousands of dollars with him from this very community. He is now back. Not to mention encouraging people to try and DDos this forum from his own forum and also spam this forum with messages. This is why one of the words in his website is blocked still on this very forum!

Money was stolen by Brandon Kastning from everyone for a service that was not supplied. This is the case.

The point is Brandon Kastning was TARGETING online marketers offering a popular and wanted service and taking hundreds of dollars from them and now he is back and received no punishment

I feel sooo bad for you guys. But truely, greed and low prices are perfect recipe for scamming. If you want some quality stuff then fork out some high $$$, quality comes at a cost and I have had some loyal customers for the past 3 years. Go think why and just in case if someone is interested.
