I have created a new site which is basically reviewing certain products etc.

I made it the day before yesterday and I am just waiting for my articles which will take another 2 - 3 days.

Currently I have no posts but have done all the On-Page SEO needed.

I submitted my site-map etc.

I was wondering if I should begin to build backlinks to the site even though there is no content. I was thinking about doing maybe 5 forum profile backlinks a day or 5 blog comments a day.

What do you think?

Well, I used scrapebox to get me some .edu blogs and I got about 40. I posted on 5 and luckily 3 of them were auto-approve even though they were PR0.

Yup, start building backlinks, you can't start too soon, or have too many.

Ok thanks. How many should I build a week because I am currently just building 5ish a day and they are mainly .edu blogs

The skies the limit. Ive had 8 full time link builders work on a new site.

I was told to do it the safe method which is buy another domain which can be a .info and then give it a .301 redirect to your site and then just blast it.

I am thinking about doing a web 2.0 link wheel but need articles and such first.

But thanks for your reply.
