Site has a BL from whitehouse website

I am doing some research for a keyword I want to rank for. When I look at the site in the #1 spot I see a backlink from the whitehouse website I thought, what the hell is this?

According to SEO Spyglass:
Backlink page: from the whitehouse website
Title: The White House
Links Back: No (Link missing)
Anchor Text: blank
Anchor URL: site toplevel domain I'm checking
Page PR: 10

According to Market Samurai the same BL isn't there.

WTF?!? Does anyone have any suggestion as to what is going on?

open the site source code and ctrl+f your url and if you are lucky bastard your link probably be there - why? I have no idea why WH will link to your site

Word, traffic and juice. God damn, a PR 10 backlink from a .gov site, not just any .gov, possibly one of the most 'authoritive' sites on the Internet, that would sure as shit help you rank.
