adwords help please!

i've entered my promotional code, and it says that my ad is approved, keywords are eligible, but when i hover over the speech bubble in my keywords, it says No to "ads showing right now" and "my ads are not running"

how can i resolve this?

What is your bid? Have you diagnosed keywords with keyword diagnosis tool.

Search queries are not triggering the ad.

my bid is around $0.60 per click. is that enough?

after running diagnostic, it says budget limited or exhausted, but i just redeemed my coupon

Even if you redeemed a coupon, you have to put your credit credit card information and make a paiement to pay the activation fees (fees are a one time $5 to activate your account, and minimum paiement is $10, so you'll pay activation fees and add five more bucks to your credit at the same time). Once you do this your ad will start beeing displayed within a few minutes

From what I see in your copy/paste, your account haven't been activated.

Google only offers the vouchers in the hope of attracting longer term advertisers. How did you ever hope it to work without a debit/credit card or any other form of online payment?

Get yourself a means of payment or forget the exercise.

yeas, without debit/credit card and payment you will not be able to run any business over online and you need to make paypal account as well.
