Hi,

Weird question.. A client asked me to make SEO work on his site so it will get a PR4 next time google updates it's PR stats.

I was just wondering how much work that normally requires.. Seeing as most of my SEO knowledge is obtained after the last PR update (which was in January, right?) it's a bit hard for me to tell - but easy money =)

buy a few legitamate pr4 domains and redirect them and that should pass alot of that juice along.

Yes - you just need to buy some high PR links. But also take a look at the onsite SEO and make sure that you don't waste your linkjuice. This can make a big difference.

I would however take a chat with your client and ask why he want a PR4 and explain that your time (and his money) is better used by focus on gettiing important keywords on top, rather than getting a PR4 for the site.

He has a dedicated mind of his own and a big budget. I did tell him to optimize pages for specific keywords, but that wasn't how he wanted it, so it wasn't done that way.

Hell, it means more money for me =)

Hehe - yes. I do know the type.

But if money isn't a big issue for him, then just please him and give him what he ask for. Try to search for "high PR private blogs" or something. There are a lot of blog networks out there, that offer high PR link with low OBL.
