1 huge suggestion which I think everyone would think is beast :
Verifying emails from catch-all domains so that the session+proxy+cookie are intact with the same email that was used to sign up with.
Longer version:
Zennoposter will automatically pick an email from your domain like [email protected] and then login to the correct pop area of the domain for verification and with the same session and proxy verify the email. This would create the ULTIMATE program...

Sure you could do that, but you were talking about 1000 forums...
You could do it with a kind of database approach: a textfile with forum-url and the specific search expressions for each one. So the bot would take a line on each run and post something to that forum. That way you could adapt each and everyone of your 1000 forums.

Your zenno poster english forum site speed is very slow. It take too long to load the page and sometime error page occur. Please check it.

hmm...wonder what happen because i only getting slow page loading on the zenno site but not getting this kind of problem on other site...

I have try it on different type of browser but still the page load very slow. I dont know why i have the problem only on your site or your forum site but i dont have this kind problem on other site like bhw forum.
I am from asia and will it have some kind of country ip problem?
Is that anyone selling a video tutorial course to teach how to properly using the zenno poster because i can found someone is teaching on how to use uBot but not on zenno poster?
