Is there such things as a PR7 comment

I've been examining many different top ranking websites across all sorts of niches and I have yet to find ANY website with a PR7+ blog comment. Do they exist?

Do you have any examples of PR7+ blog comments? Because thousands of links across a hundred sites and I have yet to see one...

Even viagra sites with tons of backlinks don't have anything past PR6 (as far as comment type links).

You can leave comments on Squidoo Lens's which have HTML enabled. Good anchor text links, PR 8

I don't have any to hand as I haven't done my own SEO for a long time now, but they definitely exist. I don't think I've ever seen a PR10 sub page that can be commented on, but I've definitely seen up to a PR9 where you could comment.

Haven't seen autoapprove PR7 in all honesty but I have seen moderated ones that allow links in comment body if you play it smart

I've got loads of PR6 .edu comments - they were autoapprove. the site has turned off comments now, luckily they left all the old ones

I have seen heaps of PR7+ blogs with a domain PR of 7+

But I haven't seen a page yet, where the actually blog page was PR7. I would love to have such a link though.

Why you want blog comments from PR 7 only????

PR is outmoded now... Search engines are least consider with the PR of web pages.

Just look for niche related quality blogs with some good content and high traffic.

If you're looking for quality, definitely don't follow the viagra marketers strategy for backlinks... Most of them are based on pure spam, so it makes sense that they don't have PR7 comments linking to them.

Yes, there are plenty of PR7's, I have a few on PR8 pages also.

PR IS important when your trying to get backlinks. Anybody who says otherwise is failing to grasp the basics of G's algorithim.
